Black Gold Exploration Corp. has announced the successful acquisition of Energy Holding Americas 1 Inc. which includes a 30% interest in oil-rich properties in the Illinois Basin. The company is also progressing with an Environmental Impact Study for its El Carmen property in Argentina and has partnered with LGX Energy Corp. to identify drilling targets.
