BGMC International Ltd. has announced an extraordinary general meeting to be held in Hong Kong on August 8, 2024, proposing a consolidation of its shares. Shareholders will vote on a resolution to consolidate every fifty ordinary shares into one, potentially resulting in fractional shares that may be sold for the company’s benefit. The restructuring is subject to approval by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
