Beyond Oil Ltd. is set to issue up to 1.8 million common shares at C$1.50 each, aiming to raise C$2.7 million for general corporate purposes. The non-brokered private placement may include a 6% cash commission for certain participants and will be subject to a four-month hold period as well as necessary regulatory approvals.
