Beyond Lithium Inc. has announced a private placement offering aimed at raising $500,000 through the sale of flow-through shares to fund exploration expenses on its Ontario projects. The company plans to intensify exploration activities in 2024, focusing on spodumene mineralization across its primary and prospective lithium projects. Beyond Lithium will also seek joint venture opportunities and has submitted applications for drilling and stripping activities at key sites.
