BExcellent Group Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Professor Wong Roderick Sue Cheun as an independent non-executive Director effective July 1, 2024, due to his upcoming retirement at 80. The company has appointed Mr. Tai Kwok Leung, Alexander, as his replacement, who brings extensive experience in accountancy, corporate finance, and investment. The Board expressed gratitude to Professor Wong for his contributions and welcomes Mr. Tai, who will hold office until the next annual general meeting and is eligible for re-election.
