Beverly JCG Ltd. has entered into an agreement with Evolve Capital Advisory Private Limited, proposing to settle part of their professional fees through the issuance of 5 million new shares, priced at S$0.015 each, a 36.36% premium over the recent average share price. The new shares will be on par with existing ones but will not be entitled to dividends or distributions before the completion of the share issuance.
