Beverly JCG Ltd. has announced the conversion of S$100,000 of debt into shares and the issue of new shares worth S$80,422 in lieu of cash for salary payments, totaling S$180,422. The transaction will result in the issuance of 12,028,133 new shares at S$0.015 each, which will subsequently increase Yap Mee Lee’s stake in the company to 3.98% of the enlarged issued share capital.
