BevCanna Enterprises Inc., a lifestyle and wellness consumer packaged goods company, has successfully completed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $100,000 through the sale of 166,666 common shares. The funds are allocated for general working capital and payment of outstanding payables, with no finder’s fees involved.
