BevCanna Enterprises Inc. has successfully closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $232,850 by selling 388,082 Common Shares at $0.60 each. The company will allocate the funds to general working capital and settling outstanding payables. Additional tranches may follow to complete the offering.
