bettermoo(d) Food Corporation has updated the terms of its upcoming non-brokered private placement, looking to raise $8 million by offering over 5.4 million units at $1.46 each. The funds are earmarked for supporting current operations, various projects, and general corporate expenses. Notably, the company will also compensate Amalfi Corporate Services Ltd. with Shares for administrative assistance, without paying any finder’s fees.
