Betmakers Technology Group Ltd has disclosed a change in the interests of Director Anna Massion Greenberg. On April 11, 2024, Greenberg converted 96,904 Service Rights into an equivalent number of Fully Paid Ordinary Shares, resulting in her holding a total of 346,075 shares post transaction. These changes were detailed in compliance with listing rule 3.19A.2, and no monetary consideration was involved in the exercise of Service Rights.
