BetMakers Technology Group Ltd. has strategically acquired RACELAB Global’s assets, enhancing its racing wagering products with advanced technology, including race form and fixed odds pricing tools. The deal, valued at A$1.5 million with potential clawback conditions, also establishes a partnership with Sports Information Services Limited to evolve wagering services globally. This acquisition is set to contribute to BetMakers’ earnings and revenue growth starting in FY25.
