BEST Inc. has announced a reshuffle in its board of directors, with Ms. Xiao Hu stepping down for personal reasons and Mr. Lei Jin, a Senior Legal Director at Alibaba Group, taking her place as an Alibaba-appointed director. Mr. Jin comes with a strong legal background, having worked with notable law firms and holding degrees from Peking University Law School and Columbia Law School.
