At the Berkeley Group Holdings 2024 AGM, shareholders approved all resolutions, including the re-election of directors and the appointment of KPMG as auditor. A special dividend was authorized and will be paid following a share consolidation, with new trading expected to commence on September 9, 2024. The share consolidation will result in a reduced number of new ordinary shares, reflecting a change in the company’s total issued share capital.
