Berkeley Energia Limited has announced that director Francisco Bellón del Rosal ceased his position on April 26, 2024. Prior to his departure, Bellón held 1,150,000 ordinary shares and had 2,500,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.65 until June 30, 2026. The company disclosed this information in compliance with listing rule 3.19A.3 and the Corporations Act.
