BerGenBio ASA will be hosting an extraordinary virtual general meeting on October 10, 2024, urging all shareholders to participate electronically or via proxy. The meeting will include the election of a new board member, David Colpman, and the approval of board remuneration. Shareholders can vote in advance or appoint a proxy on the company’s website and are encouraged to register as electronic users in VPS for ease of participation.
