Benton Resources Inc. has announced a private placement of C$3.6 million in flow-through units, in a deal brokered by Haywood Securities Inc. The proceeds from the sale are intended to fund Canadian exploration expenses and will be available for tax advantages to investors. The placement, closing on August 8, 2024, is contingent on meeting regulatory approvals and the TSX Venture Exchange.
