Beneteau S.A. has bolstered its Italian operations by waiving a 5 million Euro debt of its subsidiary GBI S.P.A. to ensure compliance with Italy’s civil code on minimum equity requirements. This financial move, orchestrated by deputy general manager Gianguido Girotti, is aimed at strengthening the company’s seasonal financial low points and maintaining proper accounts.
