Bendigo & Adelaide Bank Limited announced the issue of 1,272 new unquoted equity securities, under an employee incentive scheme with transfer restrictions, as detailed in their recent Appendix 3G filing dated September 4, 2024. These securities, which are not currently quoted on the ASX, are expected to become available following the end of the restriction period.
