BeMetals (TSE:BMET) has released an update.
BeMetals Corp. has launched a $7 million private placement at $0.10 per unit to fund its second phase of drilling at the Pangeni Copper Project in Zambia, with B2Gold Corp. maintaining its 19% shareholding through a $1.4 million subscription. The initiative follows promising drill results indicating extensive copper mineralization akin to neighboring major mines. Proceeds will also support general corporate purposes, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval and a customary four-month hold period.
