BeMetals Completes $4.8M Private Placement for Copper Project

BeMetals (TSE:BMET) has released an update.

BeMetals Corp. has successfully completed a $4.8 million private placement, attracting investments from B2Gold, existing shareholders, and new investors to fund the exploration and development of their Pangeni Copper Project in Zambia. The private placement included over 48 million units, with each unit comprising a common share and a half warrant, enabling further investment through share purchases at a set price until 2025.
