Belo Sun Mining faced a setback as the Federal Court of Altamira nullified its agreement with Brazil’s INCRA due to procedural issues. However, the court upheld the Volta Grande project’s environmental licensing process, allowing Belo Sun to continue its efforts to advance this gold project in Brazil.
