Belo Sun Mining Corp. announced the successful election of its director nominees and reaffirmed shareholder support with the approval of its auditors and stock option plan at the 2024 Annual and Special Meeting. The company, which is advancing the Volta Grande Gold Project in Brazil, saw strong participation with around 60.88% of outstanding shares voted. Belo Sun, trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange and OTCQX, expressed gratitude for the shareholder engagement.
