Bellway PLC has announced Shane Doherty as the new Chief Financial Officer, with his appointment set to begin on December 2, 2024. Doherty brings extensive experience from the housebuilding sector and various senior financial roles in multiple industries. Concurrently, Keith Adey will step down as Group Finance Director but will remain involved with the company until March 2025 to aid in the transition.
