Bellway PLC has announced that Keith Adey, Group Finance Director, will retire once a successor is appointed, following a distinguished 15-year tenure with the company. In parallel, Simon Scougall will be promoted to the Board as Chief Commercial Officer, bringing 13 years of experience within Bellway to the role. The company assures stakeholders of continued strategic execution and will provide a trading update in June 2024.
