Bellway PLC has announced progress in its potential all-share acquisition of Crest Nicholson, but has not yet confirmed a firm offer. The initial offer includes a share exchange and a dividend for Crest Nicholson shareholders, with the deadline for a firm intention to offer extended to 20 August 2024. While due diligence is advancing, the outcome remains uncertain, and Bellway reserves the right to adjust the terms of the possible offer.
