Belluscura PLC is set to enhance its financial flexibility with the announcement of raising £2.4 million through the placement of Convertible Loan Notes. The capital raise involves both existing and new investors and is detailed in a Circular, which, along with the Notice of General Meeting scheduled for 8 July 2024, is now available to shareholders and on the company’s website.
