Belluscura PLC (GB:BELL) has released an update.
Belluscura PLC has successfully completed the all-share acquisition of TMT Acquisition plc, with the offer closing on March 8, 2024, after previously announcing its unconditional status on February 9. In compliance with the Takeover Panel’s regulations, the Belluscura Concert Party has reduced its shareholding to below 30%, addressing an inadvertent breach of the Takeover Code. The Concert Party now holds 29.56% of the voting rights, adhering to the commitment made during the company’s IPO in May 2021.
