Bellevue Gold Director’s Stake Changes

Bellevue Gold Limited (AU:BGL) has released an update.

Bellevue Gold Limited has announced a change in Director Stephen Parsons’ interests due to the issue of shares upon the conversion of vested performance rights. Symorgh Investments Pty Ltd, as trustee for the Symorgh Trust and beneficiary of Stephen Parsons, now holds 17,613,753 fully paid ordinary shares with no cash consideration involved in the transaction. The change occurred on 2 August 2024, with 1,588,845 Class AE performance rights being converted to the same number of ordinary shares.
