Bellavista Resources Limited (ASX: BVR) announced the successful passage of all resolutions at their recent General Meeting, as per the Listing Rule 3.13.2 and the Corporations Act. The resolutions included the ratification of Tranche 1 Placement Shares and approval for issuing Tranche 2 Placement Shares to several executives. Detailed voting results, reflecting overwhelming support for the proposals, were also released.
