Bell Copper Corporation has revised its joint venture agreement with Cordoba Minerals, adjusting the terms for Cordoba to spend C$14.2 million by April 2026 to increase their stake in the Perseverance Porphyry Copper Project in Arizona to 80%. This amendment simplifies the prior multi-phase earn-in structure into a single phase, reflecting both companies’ continued belief in the project’s potential.
