Bell Copper Corporation has announced a proposed extension of the expiry date for over 3.8 million share purchase warrants by 12 months, pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. These warrants, initially issued in late 2022 and early 2023, allow for the purchase of common shares at $0.20 each.
