Bell Copper Corporation has amended the terms of its previously announced $2.05 million non-brokered secured convertible debenture financing with Crescat Portfolio Management LLC, lowering the initial one-year conversion price to C$0.08 per share while keeping the later conversion price at C$0.10. The company also reduced the number of accompanying warrants to 25,650,000 and set their five-year exercise price at C$0.13, with the debentures secured against all present and future assets, including its Arizona copper projects, and proceeds earmarked for drilling at the Big Sandy project and general working capital, subject to regulatory approvals and potential changes in control if Crescat increases its ownership stake.
