Bell Copper Corporation has successfully completed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $94,000 through the issuance of 1,175,000 units at $0.08 each, with cumulative proceeds reaching $254,522.50. These funds will bolster the company’s exploration efforts at its wholly-owned Big Sandy Porphyry Copper Project in Arizona and support general working capital. Crescat Capital, a major shareholder, contributed to the financing, which was executed in compliance with regulatory guidelines for related party transactions.
