Bell Copper Corporation has successfully completed the initial portion of its non-brokered private placement, issuing over 2 million units at $0.08 each, totaling $160,522.50 in proceeds. These funds will support the drilling and exploration at the Big Sandy Porphyry Copper Project in Arizona. Additionally, a second tranche of the financing is underway, with significant shareholder Crescat Capital LLC set to participate.
