Belgravia Hartford Capital Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $400,000 by selling units at $0.021 each, with proceeds intended for general working capital. Each unit includes a share and a purchase warrant, with the latter allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.04 within 12 months. The offering, which will not significantly alter company control, is slated to close around June 18, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
