Belararox Limited has announced the issuance of new unquoted equity securities as part of its employee incentive scheme, with a total of 275,000 short-term incentives and 1,025,000 long-term incentives set to be issued on August 26, 2024. These securities are subject to restrictions and will not be publicly traded on the ASX until those restrictions end.
