The announcement follows a disclaimer from Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, absolving themselves of any responsibility regarding the content’s accuracy. The board, led by Chairman Liu Xue Heng, has confirmed the current executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive directors.
