Beijing SinoHytec Co., Ltd. has announced the retirement of its current auditors, Da Hua Certified Public Accountants, due to a suspension unrelated to the company and has proposed the appointment of BDO China Shu Lun Pan Certified Public Accountants LLP as their new auditors. The change is set to take place from the upcoming annual general meeting, following the confirmation that there are no unresolved issues or disagreements with the outgoing auditors. Shareholders will be presented with an ordinary resolution at the AGM to approve BDO’s appointment.
