Beijing Properties (Holdings) Limited (HK:0925) has released an update.

Beijing Properties (Holdings) Limited has established an Audit Committee to oversee qualifications of audit personnel, review financial and audit reports, and ensure effective internal controls. The committee, appointed by the board, must have at least three non-executive directors, with a majority being independent and one possessing financial expertise. Meetings are held at least twice yearly, with provisions for additional sessions as needed, and can be attended in person or remotely.
