Beijing North Star Company announced the resignation of its Chairman and Executive Director, Mr. LI Wei-Dong, due to work rearrangement. The company assured stakeholders that Mr. LI’s departure will not disrupt board operations and is actively pursuing legal procedures to fill the vacancies. Mr. LI leaves the board without any disagreements, having contributed significantly during his tenure.
