Beijing Media Corporation Limited announced the successful passage of all proposed resolutions at their recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) with unanimous approval from the voting shareholders. Key approvals included the adoption of the director’s report, supervisory committee’s report, audited financial statements for 2023, and the consolidated annual financial budgets for 2024.
