Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy Co., Ltd. has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for September 30, 2024, to discuss and potentially approve the sale of a 40% stake in its Australian subsidiary to Beijing Energy International (Australia) Holding Pty Ltd. Shareholders are advised of the share register closure from September 25 to September 30, 2024, and those who wish to attend the EGM must register their share transfers by September 24. Proxies for voting can be appointed by shareholders unable to attend.
