Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy Co., Ltd. is set to hold an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on September 30, 2024, to vote on the proposed sale of a 40% equity interest in BJCE Australia. Shareholders who are registered by September 24 will be eligible to vote at the EGM. The company has advised shareholders to complete any required transfer document registrations before the closure of the share register between September 25 and September 30.
