Beijing Jingkelong Company Limited has announced an additional proposal from a substantial shareholder for consideration at their upcoming 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Shareholders will deliberate on the new proposal alongside other resolutions, including the ratification of 2024 Lease Agreements.
