Beijing Jingkelong Co. Ltd. announces successful passage of all resolutions at the 2023 Annual General Meeting held on June 28, 2024, including the dissolution of the Supervisory Committee following amendments to the Articles. The company will establish an Audit Committee in place of the Supervisory Committee effective July 1, 2024. Additionally, Mr. Zhang Hongbo has been democratically elected as an employee representative Director and will be re-designated from his role elected by shareholders to this new position.
