An update from Beijing Enterprises Urban Resources Group Ltd. ( (HK:3718) ) is now available.
Beijing Enterprises Urban Resources Group Limited announced that its 85%-owned Hong Kong subsidiary, Shiny Glory Services Limited, has won a major tender from the Leisure and Cultural Services Department to provide cleaning and supporting services to leisure venues across several Hong Kong districts. The three-year contracts, expected to commence on 1 May 2026, carry an estimated total value of HK$964.54 million and annual revenue of about HK$321.51 million, although final figures may vary as formal contracts have not yet been signed.
Under the new mandate, Shiny Glory Services will deliver cleansing, pest control, waste and recyclable collection, and other support services to parks, playgrounds, and leisure venues in Islands, Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, and Kwai Tsing. The successful bid reinforces the group’s position in Hong Kong’s environmental hygiene market and signals a meaningful expansion of its services portfolio and revenue base, while the company cautions investors that actual contract value and income could change with market conditions.
