Beijing Enterprises Urban Resources Group Ltd. has announced a reshuffle in its Remuneration Committee, appointing Mr. Li Haifeng as a new member while Mr. Zhao Kexi steps down effective from 5 June 2024. Mr. Zhao’s departure is amicable, with no disagreements or undisclosed issues prompting the change.
