Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd. has announced a proposed share consolidation, where every ten existing shares will be combined into one consolidated share. The change is set to leave the company with 2,233,364,443 consolidated shares, unchanged at HK$3,000,000,000 in authorized share capital, but with a new division of 3,000,000,000 consolidated shares of HK$1.0 each. Shareholders are urged to exercise caution and consult professional advisers as the consolidation is subject to certain conditions and shareholder approval at an upcoming Special General Meeting (SGM).
