Beijing Capital Jiaye Property Services Co. Ltd. has engaged in a connected transaction with its subsidiary Chengcheng Property by transferring rights to parking spaces valued at RMB7,580,962.00 to offset outstanding receivables. The transaction, which adheres to Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules, excludes the need for independent shareholder approval due to its size. The remaining balance from the Seller will be settled in cash within 15 days post-completion of the parking space transfer.
